When should I expect to receive my LUMP?

Each LUMP is handmade and packaged in Canada. Once your LUMP is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Delivery dates will vary depending on where you are located.

What is your return policy?

Not satisfied with your LUMP? Pass it along to someone who will love every squishy feel!

My LUMP arrived damaged. What now?

If your LUMP arrived damaged, we are so sorry! Reach out to us here. Exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Do I get a tax receipt?

If you are receiving a LUMP, you will receive a tax receipt for a portion of the gift (less the cost of creating a LUMP). If you selected not to receive a LUMP, you will receive a tax receipt for all gifts over $20. We are unable to issue a tax receipt to non-Canadian citizens. Our apologies + we hope you enjoy the good vibes that come when you donate to a worthy cause! (Please note: it may take up to 6 weeks to receive your tax receipt).

Forgot to ask for a tax receipt?

Head to the Contact Us page. Send us a message with the Subject: Tax Receipt Required and your order number. Be sure the order number and your legal name are included in the message. Once we confirm we’ve received your email message, you should receive your tax receipt in the mail in a few weeks!

Where is my donation going?

Every donation made is received in its entirety by InspireHealth, a Canadian charity that provides free programs and services to cancer patients.

Do you deduct anything from the donation amount?

All proceeds go directly to InspireHealth. We do not deduct from any donation amount.

How do I find my order number?

Once you purchase a LUMP, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order number.

How do I receive a LUMP?

Head to Support a LUMP on our website. From there you will see an option to donate and receive a LUMP. Fill out the shipping address and billing information, check the box if you are in need of a tax receipt*, submit, and get ready to cop a feel!

Can I still donate if I do not wish to receive a LUMP?

Absolutely! Head to the Support a Lump page, and scroll down the page, where you can make a donation of any amount without receiving a LUMP.

Where is LUMP based?

LUMP is a non-profit organization created and based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Learn more about us here.

Can you wash your LUMP?

LUMP is not machine washable, and we do not recommend spot cleaning with harsh products. Blot with water using a white cloth, air dry, and give your LUMP a squeeze or two!

Packaging

LUMP is packaged in recyclable, sustainable, and environmentally responsible materials. Our box is recyclable, we use paper to protect the LUMP during shipping instead of styrofoam or plastic, and even our packaging tape is eco-friendly!

My LUMP is too lumpy and is losing its shape! What do I do?

Cop a feel! Give your LUMP a squeeze or two to restore its shape. However, each LUMP is meant to be a squishy, cozy, imperfect item!

How big is the LUMP pillow?

Each LUMP is approximately 71 centimeters (28 inches) in circumference, roughly the size of a basketball.

How much does a LUMP pillow cost?

Each LUMP is gifted when a donation of $100 is made. Donate to receive a LUMP here.

Is the LUMP pillow made for indoor or outdoor use?

LUMP is currently recommended for indoor use only, but we’re sure they’d love to relax with you outside on a sunny day.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada and The USA. Don’t see your country on the list? Submit a request to have us ship to your country!

Is shipping free?

There is a shipping fee that will be applied in addition to your donation.
